Travel Insurance

Your holiday itinerary with Escape Elite does NOT include travel insurance and it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover. In accordance with normal industry practice, we will require you to have adequate travel insurance to provide accident and medical cover before your holiday departs. Such insurance should ideally be valid from the date of booking, be valid throughout the holiday duration and financially cover any probable loss through cancellation, amendment, accident or health related problems. You should ensure you are covered for all activities you are planning on your trip

Hotel rules and regulations

The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1400 hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1200 noon.

Cancellation policy

Within 5 weeks of your travel day: Cancellation fee is 100 % of the total booking cost, excluding any cost of international air tickets.
Before 5 weeks and within 10 weeks of your travel day: Cancellation fee is 60 % of the total booking cost, excluding any cost of international air tickets.
Before 10 weeks of your travel day: Cancelation fee is 30 % of the total booking cost, excluding any cost of international air tickets.

Payment Policy

30% deposit, excluding the price of international air tickets required to reserve a travel package.
Full payment is required if travel day is within 28 days of the booking day
Credit card payments will carry a 2% surcharge
